Using the service. You need a TrueArt account to register artwork, purchase Marks, or transact on the marketplace. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Artist registrations. Only register artwork you created or have clear authority to register. False registrations may be suppressed or removed and may result in account termination.
Marketplace sales. Sellers set their own prices. Ownership transfers only after payment clears. Artist royalties on secondary sales are calculated and paid automatically based on the rates in effect at the time of sale.
Fees. Current platform fees and royalty rates are published on the FAQ page. Rates in effect at the time of a sale are locked in for that transaction.
Limitation.The service is provided "as is." TrueArt is not a party to transactions between artists and collectors and does not guarantee sale outcomes.
