How we use it. To operate the platform — authenticate your account, register artwork, process sales and royalties, ship physical Marks, and provide customer support. Transactional emails are required to run the service.
Who sees what. Artwork profiles, chains of ownership, and artist profiles are public by design. Sale prices are visible only to the people directly involved in the transaction.
Your choices. You can update your profile, download your data, or delete your account at any time by contacting support. Deletion is subject to legal retention requirements for financial records.
